My Content

I'm currently working on a site with a friend who's got quite a larger monitor than I do. It's 1920 x 1080, while mine is 1366 x 768. Because of this, the skins all seem to be incredibly off, but usually they're fairly centered so he doesn't usually have an issue. I'm not great with CSS, so I can't figure out how to get it centered the way he asked about.

For reference, here are some pictures:

This is what my screen looks like
This is his screen
And this is another site where it's centered.

The last one is the one where the board is centered, how he wants ours to be, if we can get it that way. Because of my lack of knowledge on coding, I'm not even entirely certain that this is possible. Is anyone able to maybe point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Site: Ocasta
Issue: Many of the forum hosts on our site have vanished for no reason. Our "Welcome" category has nothing in it, but when we went to check it out in the admin panel, all the forums and sub forums are set to "Active", meaning they should be on the main page without problem. We can't get them to come back, and we aren't even sure what happened to make them vanish to begin with. Is there any possibility that it's a strange server issue, or is it possible that one of our codes may have somehow broken it? Any help at this point would be fantastic. Thank you so much!!
