I believe this is the right place but I couldn't exactly remember, sorry if it isn't.

I've read elsewhere before that it's possible to have the max character limit of a forum increased on request basis, I have a rather large chunk of code I'd like to condense into one post, and I did the math to come to roughly 200k characters is what I'd need to fit it all together, giving myself some working room in that number to code them in together and whatnot.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance, and for the wonderful forum system you provide. Have a nice day~

So, I have a website set up where post count directly influences certain things and perks on the site, and there are certain forums where post count doesn't increase.

While testing things on it today I accidentally made a post in the wrong spot and when I deleted it it subtracted a post, which is kind of a problem because it subtracts a post without adding one. I'm pretty sure its not something on my side specific and more something across all forums.

I'm trying to set something up in which post count will function as XP of sorts, and setting up a script which will be a level counter at certain post levels. It's working as planned so far, the display changing accordingly when the right number is hit..

But the only problem is it will only display in the first post of any topic, and I can't see anything that would cause it. Is there something I did wrong in the code setup?

And would it be easier if I posted the script in here? Rather than having to look through the forum code for it. The entire thing is self contained within the miniprofile template.

I was wondering if there was any way to set up a sidebar which would display the users Subscribed topics.

I could style such a thing and make it look how I want, I just have no idea what I could possibly call on to get the subscribed topics to do such. Is it even possible to set something like that up?

Thank you in advance for any assistance anyone could provide.

I can't link the situation that I'll be describing as I don't have it in place exactly, and it isn't a problem I need fixed so much as something I was hoping to try to do.

Basically I was wondering if it was possible to break up the maintitle in such a way that would cause it to display two separate codes side by side, without one bleeding into the other. Such as..

.codeA {float:left;width:200px;height:47px;background: linear-gradient(to bottom, #990000 0%,#660000 50%,#330000 100%);border-top-right-radius:50%;border-top-left-radius:50%;font-size:20px;line-height:53px;border-bottom:2px solid #FFCC33;border-left:2px solid #FFCC33;border-top:3px solid #FFCC33;}

.codeB {float:left;width:774px;height:25px;background: linear-gradient(to bottom, #660000 0%,#330000 100%);margin-top:23px;border-bottom:2px solid #FFCC33;border-right:2px solid #FFCC33;border-top:2px solid #FFCC33;text-align:left;line-height:30px;}

For the size of my board they fit together perfectly next to each other, creating a bulged up tab off to the left almost like what you would see in a file cabinet. The gradient in each of them blend together and the font only appears in the 'tab' part of it, it works together and does exactly what I would want from the code.
Except I would want it in the main title, as the header of the categories for an interesting little divider.

Is that at all possible? A second code in which the skin would know to call on right after the main title to put them next to each other, or some way in which it would know they're related and put them beside each other?

If not I'll work something else out, I just thought it would be interesting. Thank you very much anyone for your time, and Happy Holidays.
