On my test forum, I'm messing around with trying to make my forum rules look nicer. While searching to solve my issue I came across this css you gave someone else when they asked how to hide the name of the rule:

CODE
#inforum-rules b { display: none; }

And that worked for hiding the rule name, but my issue is the image still shows up. That little yellow sign with the exclamation point. Here's a link to my test board and the section where I'm messing with forum rules for the time being: link

I'd really like that image to go away, but I also don't want to delete it out cause I don't know if it'll mess up it showing in the ACP and that's a catchy symbol for in there when managing forums.

I did a search and didn't see anything like this show, but I do admit it's possible that I didn't use the proper search parameters. If so, and this is already a suggestion that has been brought up, I apologize.

What I'm thinking here is we can subscribe to topics and forums already, and that it'd be neat if we can subscribe to a member profile. For example, then we could see what said person posted, etc. I don't know if this is possible, of course, but it came to me that it'd be especially useful for RPs with events that utilize NPC type accounts. This way actual player members can follow when an NPC account posts especially during an event that might be going on where interaction with that NPC account is important. Alternatively, it could let you just subscribe to folks whose charries you love to read, but either way I think it could be a good idea.

If it's not possible or there's some reason this can't be added, that's fine. I just thought it could be really useful.

Okay so I'm going to give you both board links:
http://lovemeanddespair.jcink.net (my test board; if it's not public let me know and I'll make it so, but it should be)
http://untotheday.jcink.net/ (main site)

Okay my first issue: my subforums aren't displaying correctly(on either site, I'd assume except I don't have the sub-subforums and such on my test site so using screenshots from the main site)

This is how they look on the front page and this is correct.

When I click to go into display subforums, the subforums list on the forums that have their own subforums isn't right. The code should work the same on all the subforums listings, right? Except even on the sub-subforums it doesn't work right either as seen below.

(not correct again)

I'm not sure how to fix it. Or what is messing it up in the first place.

Second issue:

I have a custom bbcode I made called credit, it lets people post in credit tags to give credit/list a source for stuff they write-up or link to, etc. Today I noticed this issue in one of my posts:

Okay so what's weird is the edited by text. It should not look that way at all. Not only is it the wrong color, it's in the wrong place, it's the wrong size, etc. It should look like this, but I've no idea why my CSS for a custom bbcode would mess with the boards built-in 'add edit by'.

Third issue:

I have these buttons below that I'm trying to get to a certain part of my site. Now, on my test site they're in a different slot cause I messed with the code, but if you look at my code check the test site cause that's the updated one.

main site

current position on my test site after attempts to edit it yet again

I want it over the right top above my banner where the strip of yellow is before the red border stuff.

However, I made a div id class called socialbuttons and I've tried changing position, I've tried changing left, right, bottom, top. . . nothing puts it where I want and I don't know what I'm doing at this point. =/ Help?

Deeply appreciate any help you can provide.

So there was a site that had this awesome cbox you could drag around anywhere on the page and toggle as well. The owner was kind enough to direct me to which codes they used in their stuff, but I'm having one heck of a time. I am coding it on my testing forum first cause I don't want to mess up the actual board. This is my testing site(http://lovemeanddespair.jcink.net/) and this is the actual forum(http://untotheday.jcink.net).

First, I made my userlinks bar float instead of the cbox then for some reason putting this other piece of code(
CODE
<div id="horizontal-toggle2" title="toggle cbox"><img src="http://i66.tinypic.com/opmd0g.png" width="35px;" style="margin-top: -2px;"></div>
above it made it not float anymore, but then like. . . my cbox still isn't showing. I'll see a tiny square appear for a second when I reload but then it's gone, and the thing to show the picture that toggles the cbox(it's a little crown) isn't even showing either. I was hoping to put the image for toggle next to our Pinterest and Tumblr buttons, but I can't do that if I can't figure it out.

And the oddest thing during this whole thing too is that this has appeared again:

that is on my test forum, that light little boxed frame under the header.

it isn't there on the actual forum, and only appeared sometime during this entire ordeal.

Any help would be so appreciated cause my eyes hurt staring at this code. If you need the site where I saw the code first just let me know.

On our forum(http://untotheday.jcink.net/index.php?act=idx), we just added buttons for Tumblr and Pinterest. We originally intended to put them in the banner section beneath the flag, but they wouldn't fit there so decided to put them at the bottom of our site above the skin credit. However, I want to position them beneath where it says: DELETE COOKIES SET BY THIS BOARD · MARK ALL POSTS AS READ but I can't figure out how to do this for the life of me(and it could just be lack of sleep the past week, but nonetheless it's driving me crazy). And also how would I make it show only on the main index. I don't want it to show when people go into forums/subforums.

For Macros, is there ways to get rid of some of them completely? Like there's these: & &
(weirdly this shows two macro square buttons that say pinned when I hover though only one has the actual pin when in the get new posts search result view and not sure why there's two at all?)

I'd like to get rid of those little arrow thingies for example, but no idea how to do it.

Also, one last thing, the post icons options in pformright. We can add custom ones I read, but can we make them text and show up when you view the thread in a list of threads like this forum does as as an example:

(if I remember right, on that site, when you click the link to go into the topic it still shows the custom post icon thing saying PAST before the title start too or did, but if not is it possible to do that too?)
