So this is probably off the wall & I don't know how hard it would be to implement but it would be great if creating a multimod would allow you to set the poster at the time?

Since a lot of roleplay sites use a general admin account, with separate staff accounts, it would be cool if things like pending/sorting characters & archiving dead threads could be done with the general staff account for anonymity & unity on the staff team front?

Also so folks can't point to who's doing what & yell about staff decisions as being that one person, etc.

If it's really difficult I don't expect it to be done, haha, I just figured I'd toss the idea out there. Love you, Jcink <3

So, until about a month ago, I was pretty happily using the relative url of the site skin files we had hosted in our ACP like so ;

/uploads/site/filename.png

& as postimage went down(Which a coadmin was using for some site images prior), I went to move those over to our hosting too...when I realized the urls had changed to files.jcink instead of being hosted on our actual url;Which in & of itself doesn't bother me url wise, but now I can't seem to use relative urls at all in the img tag(Which I liked to do to ensure it still worked on HTTPS & http for whoever was using which version of the site) & even if I just remove the https/http in front of it to let it resolve on its own, it gives me this;

Which isn't right, because I have the dynamic images activated too(& have doubled checked twice)

SO I guess my questions are;
-was file location when you host via ACP changed for a reason? I haven't seen an announcement about it but to be honest I might have missed it.
-Will relative url usage just never work now for them?
-Is it because the relative url doesn't work anymore that I'm getting that error or is there some other new setting I need to change?
-Am I just an idiot & it never worked in POSTS, perhaps, which is a valid answer.

So I am setting up a rewards shoppe to get a real site economy going & I noticed the lottery system says it's being deprecated/removed eventually? I was just curious why & if there was going to be any kind of replacement for that sort of thing.

Since it's integrated with the IB Store, it's a really useful feature.

So, I've done some searching on this & saw someone say "it's easy to target & remove the comma before the topic title description with JS" but they didn't say how & I'm really honestly a neophyte of JS so I just can't figure it out...

If I want to remove the comma before the description under a topic title, how would I do it?

You know...

That annoying comma.

So I'm using a custom profile field that allows members to basically sort themselves upon registration. The way it works is the field is entered into the containing div as an ID number that lets people register as either a protagonist or Author. Then the field goes into the html templates for post view, miniprofile, & profiles.

What shows for the profile depends entirely on the div name & while it works perfectly for my profiles...suddenly it's doing something very strange in the Post view & HTML templates? It's adding a return(Enter strike) in after the field? It's causing the HTML to break & frustrating the everliving heck out of me because all I want to do is hide one quote field to show another depending on which was chosen? The field is a drop down, the options are:
P=Protagonist
A=Author

& the code being used currently is;
CODE
<div class="posttop"><span id="<!-- |field_24| -->">
 <div class="postname"><!-- |name| -->
  <div class="posttitle"><span class="posttit">-<!-- |field_9| --></span><span class="postquote">"<!-- |field_3| -->"</span></div>
 </div>
 <div class="postavi"><script> if(!parseInt("<!-- |g_id| -->") || "<!-- |avatar| -->" == "") { document.write("<img src='http://placehold.it/250x400.png'>"); } else { document.write("<!-- |avatar| -->"); }</script></div>
</span></div>

BUT when input, it does this if I inspect?

WHY is this happening???

Edit- I'm working around this, so I am not super bothered, but it'd be nice to know why this is happening.
