Hey fam! I'm here from http://mefa.jcink.net/index.php?act=idx

I purchased JCINK premium on the ninth, and it's still not active. My members are still seeing adds, and I checked my bank account and the 10 dollars definitely got deducted. ^^;; Does it take some time to activate?

(I put a support ticket in but my co-admin said forums are quicker for responses.) Thank you!

You should have premium now; sorry. Paypal didn't send back the info that the payment had actually cleared so the update was not completed. This can happen sometimes (rarely); if it ever does please notify us and we'll rectify it asap.

Also the forums are quicker for community-based replies about design, feature aspects but not for issues like this. Premium users get priority ticket support also, just for future note.
