 Some Odd Code Problems
Sorry, it can be difficult to wrap my head around other people's stylistic wants.

Is this the end result you're looking for? If so, there are a number of small changes needed to get that done.

Replace the .socialbuttons styles with:
.socialbuttons {
   position: relative;
   height: 30px;
   top: -14px;
   right: 0;

Apply the following styles to the parent .tableborder of the logo image. You can do this (if you are using the HTML templates) directly in the templates, or use the :nth-of-type selector.
   width: 860px;
   margin: auto;
   top: -14px;
   position: relative;

Apply this style to the image itself, as we did earlier with inline CSS (or, again, you can add a class to it and then put it in the stylesheets)

And finally, follow up with this to remove the line break. You may not need this depending on your ad-blocking, but I found it made the yellow-ish border of the banner stretch another 20 pixels down:
