 Problem with Awards, Re: Mini Profile
#
Hi all, I'm sorry to ask what is very likely an easy fix but my team and I are currently trying to enable awards in the mini profile. I didn't make the mini profile and do not have a great deal of experience coding. We have enabled the awards in the ACP with all three parts marked as yes, so we know that it isn't because we haven't actively enabled the use of awards.
Could someone perhaps look at the code below to see if anyone can see a reason why the awards wouldn't be showing up?
Thank you so much in advance!
CODE
<div class="postbit"><div align='center'><!-- |avatar| -->
<!-- |title| -->
</div></div><div class="postbit"><img src='http://files.b1.jcink.com/themes/default/users.png'> Group: <!-- |member_group| --> </div><div class="postbit"><img src='http://files.b1.jcink.com/themes/default/posts.png'> Posts: <!-- |posts| --></div><div class="postbit"><img src='http://files.b1.jcink.com/themes/default/joined.png'> Joined: <!-- |member_joined| --></div><div class="postbit">Age: <!-- |age| --><!-- |awards| -->
Location: <!-- |location| -->
Status: <!-- |status| -->

</div>
<div style="margin-left: 14px;"><!-- |warn_text| --> <!-- |warn_minus| --><!-- |warn_img| --><!-- |warn_add| --></div>

The <!-- |awards| --> key should be adding it. Do you have an account that has already received an award and, if so, can you link to a post made by it? Might help to look at the live version, in case something outside of the scope of the HTML is causing an issue.

Thank you for offering, this really has us all stumped!
This is an example of one of the posts:

The mini profile is the strip at the top (I personally have not seen a mini profile like this before, so I don't know how to approach it). Sorry I can't give you much more to go on, the main admin has sort of fobbed this job off on me!
Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, there's not much I can do without a live link to a post with an award attached to it. Maybe someone else will have an idea.

    That doesn't look like the coding you have there. You may want to check what is in the HTML templates section. In which you may not be able to put the code for awards in because it does not work in the Post Row template, just the Main Profile and Mini-Profile.

    Look under Post Row in the HTML templates section and paste the code there here for us to see.
