There is a wrapper variable for "can access ACP", would it be possible to get one for "can access ModCP". I realise there are loads of ones for Mod abilities, but no one blanket isMod like the access ACP effectively creates isAdmin.

Unless I'm missing something in the current variables tongue.gif

I was wondering if you would consider making a "Delete Skin Set" option that literally did that: deleted the skin set, the wrapper file, the stylesheet etc. associated with it. I imagine it would need to be something that required validation explaining the function would remove all traces of the skin, and possibly even have a safety feature if any of the associated files were in use with other skinsets that disabled the option, but it would make maintaining available skins much easier, especially for test boards wink.gif

Hey,

A feature that I'd never really thought of until I needed it smile.gif Given that the web page creator is used for many things, it would be useful to restrict access to individual pages based on user groups. I have a few web pages that work as profiles for individuals which I would rather not have anyone outside the site see, but if they have Javascript disabled and the unique URL then anyone can currently get around any blocks I put up.

Similarly it would be useful to trial run certain features with Mods and Admins only, whilst nosey members or guests were prevented from accessing the pages in the same way they would a hidden forum or the Memberlist (for example).

I imagine the feature would most easily work along the lines of permission masks currently, only it would make sense to have a flat "global" option and do it per webpage created. That way, for example, you could create a webpage (defaulted to global permissions) but if you required it to be something only certain groups could access you would enable permissions for that page and just tick the groups that could see it; any left blank, if accessing the unique URL, would simply be met with the standard "I'm sorry but you do not have permission to view this page" text.

Arguably more bother than resulting content but, like I say, it would be extremely useful if you needed somewhere hidden from certain members wink.gif

Hey all tongue.gif

So it's been a while since I last delved into the ACP, therefore apologies if this is very obvious but I've been searching through archives/wiki/ACP itself for half an hour and can't see any options that fit the bill.

Basically I want to make a webpage only viewable to certain user groups. Is there any way to do this? And I'm aware I could use a javascript user ID query to effectively "hide" the link from anyone in other user groups etc. but I need this more watertight than that for once.

Any help appreciated, even if it's a no tongue.gif

Yeah basically a very small template change in the ACP that would be really valuable to coders: add a "width: 100%" to .multitext in the css or basically make it so the board wrappers/style sheets/webpage maker all make the use of large screens http://support.b1.jcink.com/html/store/icons/support/icon_smile.gif I hate having to crawl through hard-to-read code when the text box I'm using looks like this:

If you would consider it would be awesome http://support.b1.jcink.com/html/store/icons/support/icon_smile.gif
